The System We Install
Every job gets the same process. The surface changes. The standard doesn't.
Diamond Grinding
We mechanically grind the concrete surface before we coat anything. This opens the pores, removes contaminants, and creates real mechanical adhesion — not just chemical bonding on top of a dusty floor. Most coating failures trace back to skipped surface prep. We don't skip it.
Crack and Spall Repair
Minor cracks and surface damage are addressed before coating. We note every condition in your quote — nothing is hidden or discovered on install day. If a floor has issues that would affect the coating, we tell you upfront.
Polyaspartic Base Coat
Industrial-grade polyaspartic, not water-based epoxy. The same polymer technology used in truck bed liners and industrial containment. It flexes with concrete through Upstate SC temperature swings and cures in hours — not days.
Full-Broadcast Flake
Decorative chip flake broadcast into the wet base coat — wall to wall, full coverage. Adds texture, slip resistance, and appearance. You choose the color blend. The flake also adds a layer of protection to the base coat before topcoating.
UV-Stable Polyaspartic Topcoat
A UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat goes on over the flake. This is what gives the floor its gloss and its protection against Upstate SC sun. It won't yellow, chalk, or dull from UV exposure. It's also chemical and abrasion resistant.
Written Lifetime Warranty
We warranty labor and materials — in writing, in your contract. If the floor chips, cracks, or peels under normal use, we come back and fix it. The warranty is transferable when you sell the home. It's not fine print.
Why Polyaspartic — Not Epoxy
Most floor coating companies in Greenville install epoxy. We don't. Here's the difference, in plain terms.
Cures in hours, not days
Polyaspartic cures in 3–4 hours. You can walk on it that evening and park your car the next morning. Epoxy can take 24–72 hours and is still sensitive to moisture and temperature during that window.
Handles temperature swings
Upstate SC gets hot summers and cold winters. Epoxy is rigid — it expands and contracts differently than concrete, which causes delamination. Polyaspartic flexes with the concrete.
Won't yellow in UV light
Standard epoxy yellows in direct sun. Our UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat is designed to hold its color and clarity in outdoor and sun-exposed environments.
True industrial strength
The polyaspartic we use is the same polymer system used in truck bed liners and industrial containment applications. It's not a consumer product.

How We Operate

We inspect before we quote
We don't quote over the phone or from square footage alone. We look at the floor — check for moisture, cracks, existing coatings, and surface condition — before we give you a number. The price you get is the price you pay.

We tell you if we can't help
Some floors aren't good candidates for coating. Active moisture intrusion, major structural issues, or conditions that would cause the coating to fail — we flag all of it. We'd rather lose a job than install a floor that won't hold.

We show up on time
We schedule a window and we keep it. If something changes, we call — we don't just not show up. This sounds basic, but based on what we hear from homeowners who've dealt with contractors, it's worth saying explicitly.

The crew who quotes is the crew who installs
We don't use rotating subcontractors. The people who show up for the quote are the same people who install the floor. You know who's coming into your home.

No upsells on install day
Whatever we quoted is what we do. We don't find 'additional issues' on install day that require more money. If we see something that changes the scope, we call you before we start — not while we're standing in your garage.
